muffin recipe, by request

'Tis the season to think about what classes to take Winter quarter. I'm up for 2 lab classes (Principles of Ecology, plus the first of the two-quarter genetics series), plus the second quarter of Biochem (thankfully not a lab class). Looks like I'll be fully scheduled at school MW, working TuTh, and sitting through two lectures Friday am before jetting to work. Now, if there will only be space left by the time my registration number comes up, four days into the process. :-P Note to self: visit the Biology department before registration starts, to get my transferred prereqs straightened out.
The mythical Maytag repairman is not only not very lonely this morning, but he insists that what's wrong with my Maytag Neptune has nothing to do with any of the parts covered by the class-action suit. Not only that, it will cost me $244.39 to fix what IS broken. I was less than sweet, pleasant, and polite. Matter of fact, I used the word "bullshit" a lot.
That, and I overslept despite setting my alarm, so I missed Biochem. Feh.
