ambarWas sorting through my file of unused Dayrunner pages for things I might repurpose, when I came across 3 calendar pages from 1996 (which have absolutely no business in this file, they're trash). Anyway, I had noted for 10 April 1996, "official AV start date", and 12 April, "actual AV start date".
I'm not sure I recall exactly why -- I remember being sick as a dog right around that time, but I think it was just classic Digital miscommunication and when I showed up on the 10th, they weren't ready for me.
